One month.

It's actually a bit more than that now, but either way it seems to me like a few really long days.

I did it!

I graduated and walked mother's day weekend for my graduation from Washington State University. Go Cougs!! I now have a Bachelor's of Arts in General Social Sciences with the emphasis in Psychology. Eventually I will go back for my Master's in Counseling, but for now let us just enjoy this one...

Some firsts...

And.... the cat's very first adventure outside the house and the cat's first time almost being ran over by the lawn mower...just kidding, but she was traumatized down in that hole thing by the house.

Tayvin's Blessing

Tayvin was blessed on Sunday and she was very well behaved, just snoozing away. Jeff, Heather, and kids, Derek and Chandra, the Dixon's and mom and dad as well as aunt Beverly were all there. Overall, it went well, we just didn't get pictures soon enough before everyone had to leave or go to class. Grandpa was stuck teaching a class so we need to go over in her pretty dress and recreate the moment for some snapshots!

Yay!! Penny, Derek and the kids came for the weekend. Robert got some sage advice on lawn care and Tayvin and I got the biggest bag full of the cutest presents ever!! We had a great time and are grateful to have such wonderful friends in our lives. Mekhi was insistent that Hayley is his cousin and that pretty much works for me! :) I only hope they'll make it this way many more times in the near future and that I'll be over this c-section and a little more fun and ready to party vs. sleepy and probably cranky. We love you guys!!! Thanks for everything!
