August @ the Fair

We had fun at the fair this summer with our little family and grandma.

We did more than I have pics of... :(  Boo to computer crashes.

Luckily I recovered what I did, but there were pics of Tayvin going nuts over all the horses and other animals. Mostly the horses though.

As well as the guys on other rides. Khi was somewhat hesitant about rides and wouldn't try anything too scary.

And here {finally} are pics of the little dress I made over Spring Break.

I think it's pretty sweet, especially for my first real sewing project. I hate sewing ruffles as much as I love how ruffles look! I put together some little ruffle butt bottoms before we left for the fair this morning.

 This was pretty much our end-of-the-show entertainment.

 I knew I really liked the Beach Boys and that I would enjoy some nostalgic feelings from my youth, but I LOVE it! So fun!!

 They enjoyed it too! {mom just hides it better, hehe}
